A vintage Harden dropped 40 points on an excellent bucks defense, broke them off, got into the paint, hit Stepback 3S and came the entire game with the fault line.
“It would mean a lot, you know?” Harden said that he might have been selected by the coaches as an All-Star reserve (he was not elected a starter). “I think it would be my 10th or 11th [Note: It would be his 11th] And just being one of the 24 best players in this competition. I feel that I deserve it, but I am not going to campaign for myself. I just go here and put the work in it and it is what it is.
Harden made his case clearly through the clippers to a victory of 127-117 in Leiden, with which the profit reak of five games of the bucks was broken. Nevertheless, it is a gamble to be appointed as All-Star Reserve (which are selected by a vote from the coaches, who will be announced on Thursday). The West has many quality guards, as evidenced by the fact that Harden finished seventh in the All-Star-Starters vote.
