A woman from Maryland was arrested and accused of 13 counts, including negligent manslaughter of vehicles, negligent murder and driving under the influence of alcohol, after the crash of 6 July that Minnesota Vikings Rookie Cornerback Khyree Jackson and two others dead.

Cori Clingman was accused of “travel at high speed” when she reportedly caused the three-auto crash in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Clingman and two other passengers in her car were not injured, the State Police said in a July press release.

Clingman, from Upper Marlboro, tried to change lane and hit a chestnut Dodge Charger before hit a Chevrolet Impala, according to the police. The power of the crash ensured that the charger traveled from the road and hit several tree stumps before he came to a halt.

Jackson, 24, sat on the front passenger chair of the charger and died on the spot, the police said. Isaiah Hazel, 23, the driver, was also declared dead on the spot. A third person, Anthony Lytton, 24, was taken to the hospital, where he died of his injuries.

The driver of the Impala was not injured and refused medical treatment on the spot.
